1. Introduction
Welcome to the Prince IT Solutions website. By accessing our services, registering for technical training programs, or submitting project inquiries, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.
2. Scope of Services Offered
We provide tailored ICT solutions, including:
- Information & Communications Technology (ICT) and Electronics Repair training courses.
- Custom Web and System Development solutions.
- CCTV security surveillance camera supply and onsite installation.
- Computer hardware supply and workstation maintenance support.
3. Training Enrollment & Tuition
When registering for technical training, the following payment terms apply:
- Tuition Tiers: You can select Full Tuition Payment or Tuition Downpayment options.
- Verification Checks:Registrants must upload a clear screenshot image of GCash/Maya or bank deposit slips as proof of payment. Registrations remain in a "Pending Review" status until transaction confirmation is verified by a Training Admin.
- Refunds: Tuition fees are non-refundable once orientation credentials and portal access keys are issued, except in cases where a training batch is canceled by the company.
4. Project Inquiries & Custom Development
For custom services (e.g. CCTV, WebDev, Repairs), we compile project requirements via our service inquiry portals. Detailed layouts, project scopes, and blueprints can be provided as document links. We reserve the right to decline project scopes that do not align with our compliance criteria.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum designs, educational material slides, software portal codebases, system architectures, and logo assets utilized by Prince IT Solutions remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company. No assets may be copied or redistributed without written authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
Prince IT Solutions shall not be liable for system downtime, data losses, or surveillance monitoring interruptions stemming from customer hardware failures, third-party internet service provider network drops, or improper workstation configurations.
