• Payment Proof Assets: Screen images of GCash/Maya receipts, bank deposit slips, or financial verification records uploaded to complete training registration.
• Project Descriptions: Custom details, requirements, layouts, and document reference URLs provided for CCTV, WebDev, or technical maintenance inquiries.

3. Processing & Utilization

Your collected information is processed strictly for the following purposes:

• Evaluating and responding to custom system or installation inquiries.
• Issuing study credentials, student portals, and certificates of training completion.
• Validating tuition payment amounts and issuing transaction receipts.
• Sending automated system alerts and notifications regarding application statuses.

4. Data Storage & Security Measures

All records are stored securely in our relational database systems, backed by secure SSL transfers and role-based administration check gates. Payment screenshots are stored inside secure, access-controlled cloud repositories. We restrict database view privileges to authorized administrative roles (e.g. Training Admin, CCTV Admin, WebDev Admin).

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the services requested or satisfy legal compliance obligations. Once no longer required, physical and electronic records are securely deleted or anonymized.
